Promoting activity and movement is essential to ensure an optimal quality of life at this vital stage. At the Angélicas Residence in Valladolid, our physiotherapist leads personalized rehabilitation treatments and techniques to prevent, preserve and improve the physical independence of each resident. This approach includes the creation of group gymnastics teams, cultivating an optimistic environment that encourages participation and confidence.

In addition, valuable information is shared through talks and videos on the importance of maintaining good physical condition to promote overall health and well-being. The occupational therapy service, in collaboration with the social educator, focuses on enriching the quality of life through tools that strengthen health and prevent physical, mental, sensorial and social deterioration. Throughout the week, various activities are offered, from reading newspapers and occupational therapy to cognitive stimulation, music therapy, occupational therapy, play therapy, maintenance gymnastics, psychomotor skills and recreational outings, walks and cultural visits.

Together, our goal is not only to maintain but to improve the vitality and overall well-being of our residents. Because every day is an opportunity to live fully!
