The Spanish capital was the setting for the Vocations Congress ‘Who am I for? 2025’, an event that brought together consecrated and lay people from various congregations to reflect on Christian identity and mission in contemporary society. During several days of prayer, presentations and testimonies, participants explored God’s personal call and the need to witness to his love in today’s world.
The Angelic Sisters played a prominent role in the congress, sharing their experience of consecrated life and service. In this context, Sr Enedina, Superior General of the congregation, addressed an inspiring message to the participants: ‘We must bring to the world the fire that Jesus brought to Earth’, a reflection that resonated deeply among the attendees.
In short, a congress that not only strengthened the spirituality of those who participated, but also left an indelible mark on their commitment to enlighten hearts with the light and love of Christ. The experience served as a space for spiritual renewal and fraternal communion, in which the consecrated men and women reaffirmed their mission to be witnesses to the Gospel and guides for those seeking their vocation.
