During the Eucharist celebrated last Sunday, the community of Valladolid welcomed M. Araceli Simón as its new superior. In an emotional ceremony, the congregation also said goodbye to M. Begoña Borgoñón, who has been assigned to the house in Zaragoza to assume the role of superior of the local community

The homily highlighted the importance of continuing with the commitment and charisma of the congregation, focused on being a consolation for those who live in solitude. The community prayed for both nuns, entrusting them to face this new stage with enthusiasm and dedication, faithful to their mission.

The meeting was marked by affection and gratitude towards both sisters. The community accompanies M. Araceli and M. Begoña in their new positions, trusting that their dedication and faith will continue to guide their pastoral service. We thank Sister Begoña for all her years of service at our residence in Valladolid.
