On 26 February 2026, a new Expert Course in Digital Transformation was launched, aimed at executives, managers and administrators of residences managed by the Angelic Sisters in Spain. This initiative, organised by Grupo San Valero, is intensive in nature and consists of 150 hours of training distributed across 11 modules focused on digital skills.

The main objective of the programme is to promote a coordinated and sustainable working model in the centres, supported by the digitisation of processes, operational standardisation and collaboration between departments. Its goals include reducing the administrative burden, optimising the use of ResiPlus care software, introducing collaborative tools and applying artificial intelligence solutions to improve service quality and management, as well as facilitating decision-making.

The training takes place entirely in the Microsoft 365 environment, integrating key tools according to the areas of the programme. Applications such as SharePoint, Teams and Lists are used for data and process management, together with ResiPlus for care management. Team coordination is handled through Teams and Planner, while task automation uses To Do, Power Automate and specific rules in Teams.

In addition, the course covers the use of collaborative tools such as Loop and Whiteboard to ensure operational continuity, and the artificial intelligence section includes Copilot, which is not yet available, with specific templates for management. Power BI will be used for data analysis and report production, connected to sources such as Lists and SharePoint.

This training initiative is part of the “Digital Generation” programme led by the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Administration, with the aim of strengthening digital management capabilities in different sectors and improving their competitiveness.
