On 30 August, the children of the Sueños de Hogar Santa Genoveva Social Project joyfully celebrated the Children’s Jubilee.. The day began with a pilgrimage from Cristo Rey Parish to San José Parish, a jubilee church, in an atmosphere marked by faith, enthusiasm, and fraternity.

For its part, the children’s group Ansolito de Campo de la Cruz also joined in this jubilee experience by making a pilgrimage to the temple in the village of Santa Lucía. There they actively participated in the liturgy, and several children, together with their parents, were able to obtain the plenary indulgence in this year of grace. The community gave thanks to God for this gift of forgiveness and renewal, and for the opportunity for families to continue walking in faith, accompanied by the Angelic Sisters.

As part of this jubilee year, the Ansol youth group from Campo de la Cruz travelled to the city of Medellín to experience a few days of pilgrimage. During the visit, the young people had the privilege of earning the jubilee, visiting the museum and touring the shrine of Saint Laura Montoya. They also shared a fraternal snack with the community of Angelic Sisters in the area and concluded the experience with a visit to Guatapé y El Peñol.

In short, these were days of unity and fraternity filled with hope in a year in which we are invited to be pilgrims of hope, carrying its message to every corner of the planet.
