From September 24 to 29, the community of San Luis Potosí welcomed with joy the visit of Mother Enedina Fernández, Superior General of the congregation, who was accompanied by Sister Sofía Gutiérrez. . A su llegada, las hermanas y las residentes dieron una calurosa bienvenida a la Madre General, ofreciéndole un hermoso ramo de flores como símbolo de gratitud y afecto.

During her stay, Mother Enedina had both personal and community meetings with the sisters, creating an atmosphere of fraternity and dialogue. There were also moments to enjoy nature, which allowed for moments of peace and reflection. In addition, she took advantage of the visit to meet with members of the board of trustees, in order to clarify the functions that are the responsibility of the institution and the community, thus promoting coordinated and harmonious work.

The visit ended on September 29, coinciding with the beginning of the triduum in honor of the Holy Angels, the co-holders of the congregation, closing with a spirit of celebration and gratitude for the days shared.

Mother Enedina Fernández’s visit strengthened the bonds of fraternity and collaboration within the community of San Luis Potosí. Her closeness and willingness to listen to the sisters, members of the board and residents highlighted the importance of close accompaniment in community life, in harmony with the congregational charism.
